The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution warehouse including warehouse staff of 45 employees, inventory, and warehouse facilities.

Provide leadership, direction, and support to all warehouse staff for effective and efficient execution of all daily warehouse operations including the following departments - o Inbound o Outbound o eCommerce o Inventory o Carrier management o Order processing Responsible for productivity, quality, accuracy, safety and staffing for warehouse.
Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Maintain maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Set yourself apart 5 years of warehouse management experience.
10 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience.
Must have the ability to supervise, manage others and solve employee issues.
Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills a must.
Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledgeable in the following warehouse areas:
o Shipping/Receiving o Inventory Control o Equipment Management o Customer Service o Carrier Management o Capacity Management o Key Performance Indicators High Energy, positive attitude, a servant leader, and always looking to improve.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to sit.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move heavier weight necessary at times.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock, The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
However, in some instances, this job may require work in areas where ear protection is necessary.
